1. General Provisions

RoutesBase is a platform for creating, storing, publishing, and studying travel routes, as well as sharing experiences between users.

The Service is not a travel agency, transportation operator, or service provider.

All routes, tips, and comments are for informational purposes only and are based on users' personal experiences.

2. Registration and Account

Registration may be required to access some features of the Service.

The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration.

The user is responsible for the security of their account data and for all actions performed under their account.

3. User Content

Users may create and publish:

• routes
• notes and descriptions
• comments and reviews

By publishing content, the user confirms that:

• they have rights to the material being posted
• the content does not violate laws, third-party rights, or moral standards

The user retains rights to their content but grants RoutesBase a non-exclusive, free license to use it within the scope of the Service's operation.

4. Public Routes

Users independently determine which routes and materials are public.

Public content may be accessible to other users and guests of the Service.

5. Prohibited Actions

Users are prohibited from:

• publishing illegal, offensive, or misleading content
• using the Service for spam, advertising, or fraud
• disrupting the Service or attempting to gain unauthorized access
• impersonating another person

RoutesBase reserves the right to remove such content and restrict access to the account.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

RoutesBase provides the Service "as is".

We do not guarantee:

• accuracy of routes and recommendations
• safety or relevance of user content
• compliance of routes with user's personal expectations

Users independently make decisions related to travel and bear full responsibility for them.

7. Limitation of Liability

RoutesBase is not responsible for:

• actions of other users
• losses arising from the use of routes
• flight cancellations, condition changes, weather, and other external factors

8. Account Blocking and Deletion

RoutesBase has the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to an account in case of violation of the Agreement.

Users may delete their account and associated data at any time.

9. Agreement Changes

RoutesBase has the right to modify this Agreement.

The current version is always available on the Service website.

Continued use of the Service implies agreement with the updated terms.

10. Account and Data Deletion Policy

Users have the right to delete their account and associated personal data in the RoutesBase service at any time.

How to Delete an Account

Account deletion is possible:

• through account settings in the Service interface (if the feature is available), or
• by request to the support email address.

Account ownership verification may be required to confirm the request.

What Data is Deleted

When an account is deleted:

• user personal data is deleted (name, email, and profile data);
• private routes, notes, and drafts are deleted;
• information related to authentication and sessions is deleted.

Public Content

Public routes, comments, and reviews may be:

• completely deleted, or
• saved in anonymized form (without reference to the user's account),

if such content is valuable to the community and does not contain personal data.

Deletion Timeframes

Account and data deletion is carried out within a reasonable time, but no later than 30 calendar days from the moment the request is confirmed.

Exceptions

Certain data may be retained longer if necessary:

• to comply with legal requirements;
• to ensure the security and stability of the Service;
• to prevent abuse and violations.

Consequences of Deletion

After account deletion:

• access to the Service will be terminated;
• account and data recovery may be impossible.
